ZHU LIAN CHUA, CFA
Managing Director
At Vision, Zhu Lian oversees investor relations, corporate finance and fund advisory, setting direction and standards across client mandates. He drives strategy-to-execution—investment narratives, disclosure quality, capital-raising preparation, governance and analyst engagement.
He brings regulatory and buy-side discipline from Bank Negara Malaysia (Senior Supervisor) and Fortress Capital (Investment Director, CMSRL), with depth in fintech, alternative finance and regulation.
ANDREW YONG
Senior Partner
At Vision, Andrew builds the performance infrastructure that lifts delivery, from OKRs/KPIs and operating cadence to workforce analytics. He ties people strategy to measurable outcomes, aligns incentives and raises execution quality across projects and teams.
Previously in business analytics and performance at Maxis, he applies data-driven HR systems to produce on-time, on-standard client outputs.
JOHN LEE
Senior Partner
At Vision, John leads Regulatory Strategy and ESG Reporting. With over 12 years of experience across regulatory (Bank Negara Malaysia), and management consulting (Deloitte, UAE), he has driven and executed various public and private sector clients’ strategy and reporting – in particular, relating to Sustainability, Financial Risk Management (Credit, Market and Operations), and Audit (COSO Framework).
He brings regulatory and advisory insights from ASEAN as well as the Middle East region.
SAMANTHA VOON, RFP
Senior Partner – Client Coverage
At Vision, Samantha leads client coverage across IR and corporate finance, coordinating fundraising pipelines, investor programmes and cross-border positioning. She aligns management, numbers and messaging, prepares transaction materials and runs engagement calendars and roadshows to build measurable traction.
Her background spans MalaysianCARE, Fundaztic and AC Capital Market, with experience in private debt and equity.
GABRIEL CHONG, ICAEW
Senior Executive
At Vision, Gabriel turns accounting data into analyst-ready packs, models and dashboards, and streamlines IR reporting.
Trained in audit with PwC during his ICAEW internship.
LYNDON VUN
Senior Executive
Lyndon translates complex financials into clear investor messages and supports ESG work with tight research and writing.
He previously worked on financial and operational research at 3M Associates Malaysia.
SAMANTHA NG

Samantha safeguards compliance, governance and disclosure quality across IR deliverables, applying IPO-grade rigour.
She trained and practised at Azman Davidson on litigation, arbitration and regulatory matters.
